More Information: Driving Lessons

Iain offers a comprehensive range of driving tuition catering from the novice driver with no previous experience to the experienced driver requiring only to sharpen previously attained skills with a refresher course. He can provide tuition in both manual and automatic vehicles.

The manual vehicle is a Seat Ibiza FR (pictured) and the automatic is a BMW 1 series. Both vehicles have 1.6 litre engines and are fitted with dual controls. Both vehicles are serviced to the highest standard by Ian Guthrie of Montrose.

Instruction is given on a one to one basis in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere with a door to door service being provided throughout the area of operation. One or two hour sessions can be arranged as necessary to achieve appropriate progress. Training is structured around each individuals previous experience and is set at a pace the student is comfortable with. The entire syllabus will be covered in detail with the students skills being nurtured and developed in order to achieve a level of competence in excess of test standard.

Iain also offers refresher courses for the student who may have taken a break from driving. These are relaxed sessions aimed at rebuilding previous confidence, we can cover general driving or concentrate on a particular topic such as night driving, city driving or maneuvering.
